Terms of Service

1. What Underlier Labs is

Underlier Labs is an information and analytics service for tokenized real-world assets. We track tokenized representations of underlying securities and commodities, publish comparative scoring (the Underlier Score), and provide tools to route and track your own holdings. We are not a broker-dealer, custodian, exchange, or investment adviser. We do not hold your assets, execute trades on your behalf, or take custody of funds.

2. Not investment advice

Scores, comparisons, and route quotes shown on this site are informational and generated from the data described in our methodology. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Tokenized assets carry risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, issuer and custodian risk, regulatory uncertainty, and liquidity constraints. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Accounts and wallet authentication

Connecting a wallet or email through our authentication provider creates an account tied to your wallet address. Portfolio holdings and watchlist entries you add are stored against that address so they persist across sessions. You are responsible for the security of the wallet or account you use to sign in.

4. Your data

Portfolio holdings are entered by you manually and are not verified against any brokerage, custodian, or onchain balance. Accuracy of your portfolio view depends on the information you provide. See our privacy policy for how this data is stored and used.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another user's account or data, scrape the service at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underlier Labs is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information displayed on this site, service interruptions, or third-party issuer or protocol failures.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
